You can send us your document for translation from anywhere in the world using our contact information. Just choose the method that suits you best (e-mail attachment, fax, postal mail, FedEx, DHL, etc.). Local clients can also use a messenger service. Before sending a text by regular mail, please notify us in advance by e-mail or phone with details so we can prepare for your order. 

Upon completion of the translation, you will receive the translated document as you request – as an e-mail attachment, by fax, or as a laser-printed hardcopy by mail, FedEx, DHL, etc. For local delivery we can use a messenger service.

We offer competitive pricing on all types of translation. Prices are determined by the complexity of the text, according to the following scale:

1) general translations

2) specialized and marketing translations

3) highly specialized translations requiring very specific background and/or experience or compliance with regulatory requirements (see quality management)     

Pricing may also vary according to the direction of translation (English to Czech or Czech to English).

How to Order, Payment Info

Before we start to work on a translation, we will need a simple purchase order sent by fax or as an e-mail attachment. The purchase order should include your name, address and signature, your purchase order number, and a description and estimate of the size of the assignment. 

We accept payment by international money order or by wire transfer to our bank account. In certain cases we may accept checks (regular clients, small orders, etc.). All payment details will be specified on our invoice.
